1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or initializing connections to the AsanDigital platform, you agree to be bound by these robust Terms of Service and all applicable international digital laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these protocols, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing our network assets.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials, web environments, and application interfaces on AsanDigital's network for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not attempt to reverse engineer any cryptographic endpoints contained on AsanDigital's nodes.

3. Service Disclaimers

The protocols on AsanDigital's network are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. AsanDigital makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

• Educational & Simulated Services: Certain services, including but not limited to Cloud Mining Educational Simulators and Digital Reward Pools, are for educational, demonstrational, or promotional purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment opportunities, or guaranteed returns.
• Messaging & Routing Services: Users utilizing our Cloud Messaging Gateway or Optimized Routing Protocols must comply with the Terms of Service of the respective target platforms. AsanDigital acts solely as an independent routing technology provider.
• Proxy & Unblocker Services: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing network tunneling services for illegal activities, copyright infringement, or malicious behavior. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall AsanDigital, its administrators, or its node suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of cryptographic data or digital profit, or due to network interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the active pathways on AsanDigital's website.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on AsanDigital's interface could include technical telemetry, typographical, or photographic errors. AsanDigital does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are perfectly accurate, complete, or dynamically current. We may make changes to materials contained on the site at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your authorized geographical location regarding any data disputes.

7. Age Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use AsanDigital's services. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years of age to use our services, in compliance with the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018.

• Parental Consent: If you are between 13 and 16 years old (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), you may only use our services with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to be bound by these Terms.
• Prohibited Users: If you are under the applicable minimum age, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account, submitting personal data, or using any AsanDigital services. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the minimum age.
• Account Termination: If we discover that a user has registered in violation of this age policy, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account and delete all associated personal data without prior notice.
